  1. Make incisions on the breast (not completely), add a little salt. I must say, I didn’t add salt, cheese + lecho at all, that’s enough for us. Put in a fireproof mold, sprinkle with oil.
  2. Pour the flour into the incisions and around the breasts, spreading 1/3, if necessary, pour 100-150 ml of broth or water.
  3. Grate 2/3 of the cheese (on a coarse grater), put it on the breast, cover with the peel.
  4. We send it to the oven and bake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. Pour the Lechon sauce a couple of times.
  5. Then grate the remaining cheese on a fine grater and put it on the breast.
  6. Bake under the grill for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
  7. This is already beautiful, with a smaller breast size, you can serve portions in the form.
  8. In my case, it was divided into two full portions.
  9. When serving, add chopped coriander.
