The chicken breast is bright, juicy, tender and flavorful. A great offer for lunch or dinner, and in tandem with potatoes, the dish is authorized to be satisfying and appetizing, in addition, it will save a lot of time and effort.
Remove the skin from the chicken breast. On the breast, make transverse incisions 2 – 2.5 centimeters deep, at a distance of 1.5-2 centimeters from each other. Liberally grease the breast with seasoning and leave to marinate at room temperature for 20 minutes. Peel the potatoes, cover with water, add salt (1 teaspoon) and Bay leaf. Put to cook for ten minutes, until half-cooked.
Cut the tomato into plastic pieces and cut each plastic into three parts. Slices of tomato to insert into each cut on the breast.
Chop the garlic. Cut the cheese into plastic pieces and substitute it with the tomatoes in each cut on the breast.
Prepare the sauce: add 0.7 teaspoons of salt and garlic to the sour cream and mix until smooth.
Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. Boil the potatoes until they are half-cooked and cut them into circles. Grease the form with butter. Spread the potatoes on the bottom of the mold and form a small side.
The prepared breast is liberally smeared with sour cream sauce, soaking all the cuts.
In the center of the form, put the oiled breast on the potatoes. Cover the form with a lid or foil and put it in the oven. Bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
