  1. The cooking time is indicated without taking into account the pickling of the breast. Wash the chicken breast, dry it with a paper towel, remove the bones and skin. Cut into strips.
  2. Dilute the soy sauce with boiled water. Check for salt and taste it.
  3. We put the breast strips in a cup, sprinkle with spices and pour the sauce over each layer.
  4. Cover the cup with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight for pickling.
  5. After the time has elapsed, prepare baking paper, grease it with vegetable oil, lay out the breast.
  6. Finely chop the parsley and brush with the remaining soy sauce (in a cup). Turn on the oven at 60 degrees with convection, put our billet on the grill and dry, open the door slightly. (Insert a fork or spoon into the upper corner and close the oven door, this hole will be enough)
  7. After 1 hour, turn the breast over and continue cooking.
