  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Spread the chicken hearts. Fry them on all sides.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the onion into half rings.
  3. The hearts are fried – add the onion. Fry for a few minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, cut the carrots into strips.
  5. Pour into the pan. Fry a little more.
  6. Add the vegetables. I have zucchini and cauliflower. You can also use other vegetables – tomatoes, bell peppers, and so on.
  7. Add ground black pepper. Bay leaf. A little tomato paste. Soy sauce to taste. Mix everything together. You can add garlic.
  8. Simmer under a closed lid for about 30 minutes.
