Chicken thighs are good for this recipe. But you can take the breast and any other parts.
Cut the chicken thighs into three pieces and place in a bowl. Add all the spices, juice of one lemon, olive oil, salt, pepper. Stir, cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator for a day.
Remove and fry on each side for 3-5 minutes.
Transfer to a baking dish. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
