  1. Chicken liver should be thoroughly rinsed and cleaned of films. Twist it in a meat grinder.
  2. Add eggs, flour, semolina, salt and pepper to the minced meat. Mix everything well.
  3. Add milk to the mass, whisk with a blender for 1-2 minutes. And leave alone for about 40 minutes.
  4. Preparing the filling. Wash, peel and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Lightly fry the onion in vegetable oil.
  5. Add the carrots to the onion and fry for 10 minutes. Salt, pepper to taste.
  6. Fry, like ordinary thin pancakes, in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry the pancakes on both sides until tender. An important point in the preparation of pancakes – do not overcook (then the pancakes will be difficult to roll out, they will break). When frying each pancake, add oil to the pan. I hold the pan in an inclined position, pour the mass into the upper part and turn the pan into different positions, evenly distribute the mass.
  7. A hot pancake can be smeared with mayonnaise (to whom as to taste), add the filling (about 1 dessert spoon) and roll up the envelope.
  8. I baked 14 pancakes.
