  1. Rinse the chicken fillet, pour in milk and leave for 2 hours.
  2. For the marinade, mix paprika, nutmeg, salt, crushed garlic (through a press) and soy sauce.
  3. Remove the chicken breast from the milk, dry with a paper towel, then spread the marinade well on all sides and leave for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Roll up the pieces of meat and wrap them with a thick thread so that the result is a roll.
  5. Cook for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Remove the thread and you can eat!
