Chicken pastrami is first of all a great replacement for store meat products stuffed with chemistry, as well as just a wonderful snack for sandwiches for Breakfast and for a festive table. What is preparing pastrami is quite simple.
Wash the chicken breast and place in a deep container. Pour the chicken breast
milk, well mixed with salt. Leave in milk for 3 hours.
After three hours, remove the chicken breast from the milk, dry with paper
towels and tightly tie culinary thread (my cooking was not tied to the usual strong thread).
Prepare the marinade. Mix in
a separate container of olive oil, honey,
soy sauce, lime juice, nutmeg, sweet paprika and garlic, skipped
through the press. It is good to coat chicken fillet with marinade and leave for 10-15 minutes to marinate.
Next, put the chicken breast in a form or on a baking sheet covered with paper for
bake and send in the oven, preheated to 220 degrees, for 20 minutes.
Turn off the oven and leave the chicken pastrami there for another 20 minutes.
Remove the paste, cool. Remove the thread. Cut into small pieces.
Pastrami chicken turns out tender, juicy and flavorful!
