- 1 piece Chicken breast without bone
- 3 glasses Milk
- 3 teaspoons Salt large, pour with a small slide
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg can be replaced by seasoning meat with nutmeg only reduce the amount by half
- 1 teaspoon Paprika sweet
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
- 3 cloves garlic

- Wash the chicken breast and place in a deep container. Pour the chicken breast milk, well mixed with salt. Leave in milk for 3 hours. After three hours, remove the chicken breast from the milk, dry with paper towels and tightly tie culinary thread (my cooking was not tied to the usual strong thread).
- Prepare the marinade. Mix in a separate container of olive oil, honey, soy sauce, lime juice, nutmeg, sweet paprika and garlic, skipped through the press. It is good to coat chicken fillet with marinade and leave for 10-15 minutes to marinate. Next, put the chicken breast in a form or on a baking sheet covered with paper for bake and send in the oven, preheated to 220 degrees, for 20 minutes. Turn off the oven and leave the chicken pastrami there for another 20 minutes.
