Chicken pastrami is a great dish that requires a minimum of effort, but the result is very happy. I tried to marinate pastrami both in milk solution and in salt. Both options are delicious, but with salt is still much softer. So, I highly recommend them! With spices you can experiment endlessly, below is my favorite option)
In a deep container put the chicken breast, then pour salt solution (2 tsp salt in 1 glass of water). The solution should completely cover the chicken breast. Send to the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
In a small bowl, mix the remaining ingredients (olive oil, soy sauce, paprika, nutmeg, garlic, honey) and mix. After three hours of marinade breast to remove the bone, you get 2 fillets, coat with spice mixture.
Tie culinary threads, so the fillet will keep its shape.
Send in preheated to 250 degrees for 15 minutes, then turn off the oven and leave the fillet to cool (3-4 hours). Bon appetit!
