Instructions
  1. It was done at night, so that it would freeze in the morning. First you need to boil the chicken meat. It does not matter what, the main thing is that there is a pulp that can then be easily crushed in a blender. Cook the chicken in the broth, adding carrots, onions right in the husk, garlic, allspice and salt. Cook for about 30 minutes. Remove the chicken from the broth and cut into pieces, put in a blender. Also, we take out the carrots from the broth and also, after cutting it, send it to the blender. Pour in 50 ml of broth first, chop and, if the mass is too dry, add more. I have poured 70 ml approximately. Put a piece of oil about 20 g in the pan, put the rest in a dish and put it in the microwave for 55 seconds at a power of 800 to melt. In butter, we will gild the onion, do not fry it too much, otherwise it will be tasteless.
  2. We also send the onion to the blender. Pour the melted butter. For the butter pate, you can take more, about 100 g, I just did for myself and added 50 g. Add nutmeg and sesame seeds, and pepper as desired. It is better to add walnuts, but I did not have it, so I replaced it with sesame. It is also delicious and useful. If there will be children, do not pepper. Grind everything into a homogeneous mass. Try for salt and, if it is not enough for you, then add salt. Transfer the pate to a suitable dish. I have these ceramic molds with lids, and I always put pates in them. I got 2 molds. Put it in the refrigerator. In the morning, my pate will be ready for Breakfast.
  3. I made another quick sandwich rolls (I don’t go out to the store) for Breakfast, spending a minimum of time, but this is a different recipe.
  4. In the morning, I took the pate out of the refrigerator. The pate is well frozen, but if you add more butter, it will be even more tender and dense. The pate is ready! Cut the bun.
  5. Generously spread with pate.
  6. Be sure to make coffee in the morning in a Turk and always with cinnamon, and now add a little more turmeric. We start having Breakfast. Of course, this pate is not stored for a long time, like all pates, so you make it as much as you eat it in about 2 days. He won’t have anything in the fridge during this time. But it has advantages over the purchased pate! It is natural and without any additives, which means that it is useful for both children and adults.
