  1. Boiled chicken fillet cut into small cubes. Also chop the eggs and three medium-sized pickled cucumbers. Cut Peking cabbage arbitrarily, not very large. (the whole leaf goes into the salad).
  2. Mix natural yogurt, lemon juice, grainy mustard (can be replaced with regular, 1/2 tsp.) and any hot sauce for dressing. And you can fill the salad with ordinary sour cream or mayonnaise.
  3. Put all the ingredients in a large salad bowl, add finely chopped green onions, season with sauce (sour cream or mayonnaise).
  4. Ready.
