  1. Bake with pepper (this is optional, but I like it better this way).
  2. 1/3 fillet cut into a medium-sized cube, cheese and onion – a smaller cube.
  3. Chop the rest of the meat with a blender or chop it in a meat grinder together with onions. Add spices, pepper, cheese and remaining meat.
  4. Mix well, pour ice cream, beat off the minced meat and serve. Put it in the refrigerator.
  5. Cut the crust from the loaf slices. Roll out with a rolling pin.
  6. Next, assemble the sausages. Put a piece of bread on a strip of bacon. I tried to show as much as possible.
  7. Put two spoons of meat on a loaf, do not regret it. And a bacon wrapper.
  8. And wrap it in plastic wrap (if it is intended for harvesting and freezing). If you plan to cook right away, then the sausages are molded with foil.
  9. That’s the beauty of it.
  10. And this is the finished version. Baked in a slow cooker with a small amount of oil. Bread is not felt, but gives a special flavor. Enjoy your meal!!!
