Chicken Thigh in Pomegranate-Nut Breading Recipe
Cooked chicken in walnut breading with the addition of pomegranate sauce. Just improvising, but very successfully. The crust turned out to be quite dense, a pleasant sweet and sour taste of pomegranate sauce was added to the nutty aroma, and soft tender meat was under the crust. We liked the taste, I hope you will like it too.

Instructions
  1. Chicken thighs and marinade products.
  2. In a small container, mix tomato paste, balsamic vinegar, salt, paprika and black pepper. I coat the chicken thighs and leave them to marinate. 2 hours is enough, this time was indicated in the “cooking time” indication.
  3. The photo shows everything you need for breading. Walnuts, pre-washed and calcined in the microwave or in a frying pan (as it is more convenient), chop, but not into flour. Soften the butter in the microwave (if the butter has melted, then let it cool so that the breading is preserved on the chicken).
  4. Mix everything in a separate container, it turns out a mass similar to thick sour cream.
  5. Spread the chicken pieces with the breadcrumb mixture, then put the pieces in a baking dish, you can do it right away in a container. Since I use ceramics, I put it in a cold oven, bring the temperature to 200 degrees and bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown.
  6. That’s it, it turned out an appetizing crispy nut crust and tender chicken meat under it.
  7. You can serve it with any side dish.
  8. Bon appetit.
