This is a recipe from Israeli chef Mark Gelateria. One of the most delicious pieces of chicken is the thigh, the part of it that is called "pargit" in Hebrew (the thigh without bones). I offer a simple recipe for chicken steak, which is always possible and liked by adults and children.
For the marinade, cut the thyme and rosemary coarsely, and cut the garlic into rings. Mix all marinade ingredients, except salt and pepper, and bring to him parget for 6-7 hours.Then take out parget on a sieve, to stack the marinade. Put on skewers, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fried without skewers just on the grill.
Fry on the grill until ready for 3-4 minutes on each side.
