  1. Cut off the upper part of the chicken wings. In the future, you can make broth from them
  2. Pass the garlic (3 cloves) through the garlic press, add the garlic gruel to a bowl with chicken wings.
  3. Pour garlic powder (1 teaspoon) into the chopper, add ground black pepper and salt to taste, add a mixture of Provencal herbs (1 teaspoon), add 1 tablespoon of dried tangerine or orange zest, then add canned pineapples along with syrup (leave a few pieces of pineapple to add to the mold). Whisk the ingredients until smooth.
  4. In a bowl with wings, add the chopped spice mixture.
  5. Then add paprika (1 tsp) and 2 tbsp vegetable oil.
  6. Put the prepared mixture and chicken wings in a baking dish, put the pieces of canned pineapple on top. Send the mold to the oven preheated to t180-190C for baking. Bake the wings until tender. At the end, you can turn on the grill and brown the dish until golden brown.
  7. The dish is ready.
