  1. Finely chop the onion, carrots-in half rings. Cut the meat into pieces. Fry the onion and garlic in vegetable oil until transparent. Add the meat, fry for a short time until the meat is ready. Sprinkle with a tablespoon of flour, immediately pour in the broth, mix quickly so that lumps do not form.
  2. Add carrots to the meat.
  3. Then frozen peas. Cover with a lid and simmer for 10-15 minutes. So that the carrots become soft.
  4. Now add cream ( or sour cream ), green onion. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir well. Simmer for another couple of minutes. Very tasty with rice.
