This salad appeared due to the fact that everyone in my family loves chicken broths. Delicious chicken is boiled in a rustic way, the broth is used for its intended purpose, but boiled meat turns out very well in this salad.

Instructions
All the ingredients need to be collected.
Melt the butter. Cut off the crust of a fresh loaf, cut it into cubes, fry until golden brown. Add spices to taste. I’ll make a salad mix.
Remove the skin from the chicken, cut into cubes or as it turns out.
For the sauce, mix mayonnaise, yogurt and mustard. Wash the cabbage, cut off the tender green part.
Put all the ingredients in a salad bowl, pour over the sauce. Stir already when serving, so that the crackers remain crispy.
