Despite the fact that I was surprised by the high content of cocoa, butter, sugar in the recipe, I fully trusted the famous chef and did not deviate from the recipe, because you need to know how the master cooks. All products must be at room temperature. So, proceed, whisk the softened butter with sugar and a pinch of salt until fluffy, whisk for 7-8 minutes.
  2. Enter one egg, continuing to mix. Again, all ingredients should be at room temperature.
  3. Sifted flour.
  4. Mix the sifted flour well with cocoa and baking powder or sift everything together, combine all the ingredients, add milk.
  5. Knead the dough, which will have a consistency similar to thick sour cream.
  6. Put the dough in a cupcake mold, I have silicone, I did not lubricate.
  7. Bake in a well-heated oven at a temperature of 165 * 60-70 minutes, taking into account the peculiarities of its oven. The aroma when baking is amazing, chocolate-chocolate! Cool the finished cake on the grill. The cupcake turned out to be lush and tall, I had to cut off the bottom, so to speak, for alignment.
  8. Pour the icing over the cooled cake, melt 50 g of chocolate + 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
