  3. In the egg mass, spread the butter. Pour out the melted dark chocolate. Mix gently.
  4. Add the orange zest, ground hazelnuts. Sift the flour together with baking powder and cocoa powder. In addition, add ground allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg.
  5. Knead the dough well. It should have the consistency of thick sour cream.
  6. Pour the dough into a form greased with oil and lined with parchment paper. We level it out.
  7. Cherries without seeds are sprinkled with starch.
  8. Spread the cherries on top of the dough. Lightly press them in. We send it to the preheated oven to 180 degrees for about 50 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden skewer.
