  1. Make the dough: grind the yolks with white sugar, add flour and cocoa. Separately, whisk the proteins and add to the dough. Pour the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper greased with butter. Bake at a temperature of 220 * C for 8-10 minutes.
  2. We prepare the cream: we heat the cream, dissolve the chocolate in them.
  3. Rub the yolk with sugar and add chocolate cream. Cook over low heat until thickened.
  4. Cut the fruit into pieces (I took a fruit cocktail).
  5. Let the cream cool down a little, mix it with mascarpone.
  6. Add fruit to the cream.
  7. We divide the cake into three parts and put the first one on the bottom of the mold, covered with a film.
  8. Then half of the cream, again the cake, cream and close the last cake.
  9. We wrap it in a film and put it in the refrigerator until it cools down completely and solidifies (I do it in the evening and put it away at night). Enjoy your meal!!!
