Beat softened butter with sugar until completely mixed.
Add eggs, vanilla and mint extract.
Beat until fluffy mass.
Add baking soda.
Enter the flour in parts, adding 1/3.
Knead the dough.
Divide the dough into 2 parts: add green dye to one, red dye to the other.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and send it to the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Roll the dough into balls the size of a quail egg.
Roll them in powdered sugar and place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment, at a distance from each other.
Bake in a preheated 180*C oven for 9-10 minutes.
Cool the finished cookies on a wire rack.
