Instructions
  1. Defrost two sheets of the finished puff pastry.
  2. Roll out both sheets into rectangles of the same size.
  3. We cut out the lower part of the dough, forming the “leg” of our future Christmas tree.
  4. Spread boiled condensed milk in the shape of a triangle on one layer of dough.
  5. Cover the layer of dough with condensed milk with a second layer of dough, put it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cut the workpiece into a triangle shape.
  6. Use a sharp knife to make incisions on both sides.
  7. We twist each strip of dough, forming twigs of a Christmas tree.
  8. Cut out an asterisk from the scraps of dough and put it on top. Mix the yolk with milk and lubricate our Christmas tree.
  9. Decorate the Christmas tree with colored dragee beans, which we press into the dough.
  10. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly, put on a board, sprinkle with powdered sugar and baking powder (optional).
  11. It turns out very tasty!
  12. Bon Appetit!
