Apple pie with raisins on shortbread dough, cooked with the addition of cheese. Juicy, sweet filling and crispy, crumbly, salty dough. They complement each other perfectly. This is a very interesting, harmonious and, I would say, exquisite combination. Preparing this cake is simple and fast. Delicious, bright, fragrant, beautiful Apple pie will brighten up even the most rainy autumn day. Try.

Instructions
- Apples to clear, cut into small cubes. The weight of already peeled fruit is given. In a frying pan melt the butter. Put the apples in it, cover with sugar (you can use white sugar, but with brown sugar the taste of the filling is much richer!), stir and simmer the apples, stirring constantly until the liquid has evaporated. (usually 4 minutes is enough, but it all depends on juiciness of fruit) Fire active. Remove the pan from the heat, cool the apples.
