Wash raisins, dry, pour brandy (rum, liquor). Leave for a couple of hours (overnight). Instead of alcohol you can use strong brewed tea.
Apples to clear, cut into small cubes. The weight of already peeled fruit is given.
In a frying pan melt the butter. Put the apples in it, cover with sugar (you can use white sugar, but with brown sugar the taste of the filling is much richer!), stir and simmer the apples, stirring constantly until the liquid has evaporated. (usually 4 minutes is enough, but it all depends on juiciness of fruit) Fire active.
Remove the pan from the heat, cool the apples.
Cook the dough until the filling cools.
Cheese grate on a fine grater, cold (but not frozen!) butter chop into pieces. Is it possible to replace cheese with cheese? Yes. But the structure and taste of the dough, and therefore the whole cake, will be different, different from the proposed.
Into the bowl food processor or chopper to put the cheese, butter, sifted and mixed with baking powder and the flour. Grind the mixture into fine crumbs. (nozzle-metal chopping knife)

Bake the pie in a preheated 180° oven for 22-25 minutes. Until it will turn brown. Always consider the features of your technique.
