  1. Fry the seeds in a dry frying pan.
  2. Grind them into fine crumbs.
  3. Sift the flour with baking powder and spices.
  4. Fill the flax with water and mix. Serves as an egg substitute.
  5. Mix the ground seeds, flour, flax, syrup and butter. Knead the dough, it sticks slightly to your hands and you can’t roll it out with a rolling pin.
  6. Roll the dough into balls, and then flatten them. Bake on a baking sheet in a preheated 180-200 °C oven for 15 minutes.
