The cake is baked, but while we are cooking the caramel, keep it in the oven off so that it remains hot.
I want to say that I started preparing the filling while baking the pie and it was just ready with the pie.
Directly on the cake, in the form of pour the filling-caramel. Leave until completely cool and only then remove from the mold.
The caramel filling should harden well, so that when removing the form, it remains on the cake - it does not run off. I left it in the refrigerator overnight.
