Instructions
  1. Get the butter out of the refrigerator in advance, 2 hours in advance. And prepare other foods.
  2. In the bowl of a food processor, beat the soft butter and vegetable oil, cottage cheese and salt.
  3. Grate the carrots on a fine grater, cut the dried apricots finely, add everything to the curd mass, add sugar and add the whites and yolk. If you have small eggs, you can take two whole eggs.
  4. Beat until smooth.
  5. Sift the flour and mix with the baking powder.
  6. Add the flour mixture to the curd mixture and knead a soft elastic dough. Flour may need a little more, it all depends on the moisture content of the cottage cheese and the weight of the eggs. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
  7. After the specified time, divide the dough into pieces of 20 g.. It is more convenient to work on a dusty workplace. Turn on the oven to warm up.
  8. Form oblong cookie blanks, decorate (I even use a spoon-spindle for honey).
  9. Bake at 180 degrees, 12-15 minutes.
  10. Cool the finished cookies on the grill.
  11. The output is 940 g of delicious soft cookies.
  12. Before serving, sprinkle the cookies with powdered sugar.
  13. ENJOY YOUR TEA!!!
