  1. Rinse the raisins thoroughly in cold water. No need to soak.
  2. In a deep bowl, using an immersion blender, whisk the cottage cheese, eggs, salt, vanilla sugar and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Add semolina and mix thoroughly. Leave on the table for 10-15 minutes so that the semolina swells.
  4. Add the raisins and mix with the cottage cheese.
  5. Grease the mold with butter and put the curd mass. Melt the butter and spread half of the portion with a silicone brush over the surface of the casserole. The second half of the oil will come in handy a little later.
  6. Cover the curd casserole with a lid or foil and put it in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. After 20 minutes, remove the lid or foil and continue baking for another 40 minutes. Pour the second half of the butter over the finished hot casserole, thanks to this the crust will become softer and more fragrant.
  7. Remove the cooled curd casserole from the mold. Cut into portions and serve to the table. Enjoy your tea!
