Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Take a non-dry, pasty cottage cheese. Add yogurt without additives. You can take any dairy product or sour cream. Add honey, if you are against honey, then put sugar to taste. We put vanilla, I have vanilla sugar. Whisk everything thoroughly with a blender until smooth. If the mass is too thick, then dilute with milk or 10% cream.
  2. Put some of the mass in a bowl, about 2/3.
  3. In the remaining mass, put any berry to taste and availability, I have currants. Whisk thoroughly with a blender until smooth. For brightness, you can put more berries.
  4. Fill the gelatin with water according to the instructions. Heat gelatin (do not boil!!!) until completely dissolved, stirring constantly.
  5. Divide the solution in half and pour the gelatin into a bowl with the curd-cheese-berry mass. Quickly mix thoroughly.
  6. Take creams, glasses or wine glasses. Pour 2 tablespoons of white curd mass on the bottom.
  7. Then carefully pour 2 tablespoons of berry-curd mass into the center. Then again in the middle of the white mass, then tinted again, etc. in a bowl for filling. This should be done carefully and quickly, exactly in the center. If the mass begins to thicken and it is difficult to work with it, then warm it up in a water bath.
  8. With the end of a toothpick, gently swipe the strips from the edge to the center and back. Put the dessert to freeze in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
  9. Bon appetit!
  10. Enjoy this dessert.
