Cottage Cheese Dessert with Marmalade Recipe
You can pour one cake, but I like more serving portions! Idea: instead of marmalade, take pre-soaked dried fruits or candied fruits, but everything tastes better with marmalade))) you can give the task to the guests (especially children) to guess which dessert! And its advantage is that you can make it in advance and store it under a lid in the refrigerator.

Instructions
  1. Soak gelatin in milk at room temperature, leave to swell. Then put the cup of gelatin in a bowl of water and warm it up, stirring, until the gelatin granules dissolve.
  2. Add sugar and vanilla to the cottage cheese (I have 2 packs of 180 g each).
  3. Pour over the sour cream. Mix it.
  4. Take any colored marmalade.
  5. Divide into small cubes.
  6. Pour into the cottage cheese.
  7. Now pour in the gelatin dissolved in a water bath in milk. Before that, let it cool down a little.
  8. Stir and let it catch a little. This is necessary for a more even distribution of the filling, otherwise the marmalade will settle to the bottom.
  9. Pour coconut shavings into silicone muffin molds.
  10. And stuff with cheese.
  11. Level the surface. We put it in the refrigerator.
  12. And this is what we get in 3-4 hours! Carefully remove each portion without damaging it. I took out another portion separately. A delicious and delicate dessert can be served on New Year’s Eve or in the morning for breakfast!
