Cottage Cheese Dessert with Marmalade Recipe
Can be inject one cake, but I like more portion command! Idea: instead of marmalade, take pre-soaked dried fruits or candied fruits, but with all the marmalade tastier))) you can give the task to guests (especially children) to guess what dessert! And its advantage is that you can do in advance and keep covered in the refrigerator.

Instructions
  1. Gelatin soaked in milk at room temperature, leave to swell. Then put the Cup with gelatin in a bowl of water and warm, stirring until the gelatin granules dissolve.
  2. In cottage cheese (I have 2 packs on 180 g) add sugar with vanilla.
  3. Pour the sour cream. Stir.
  4. Take any colored marmalade.
  5. Divide into small cubes.
  6. Pour into cottage cheese.
  7. Now pour the gelatin dissolved in a water bath in milk. Allow to cool slightly before doing so.
  8. Stir and give a little grab. This is necessary for a more uniform distribution of the filling, otherwise the marmalade will settle to the bottom.
  9. In silicone muffin cups and pour coconut.
  10. And fill cheese.
  11. Align the surface. Put into the fridge.
  12. And that’s what we get in 3-4 hours! Carefully remove each portion without damaging. I got another batch separately. A nice and gentle dessert can be served on new year’s eve or in the morning for Breakfast!
