Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolks and sugar with a mixer.
Without ceasing to beat at the highest speed, add warm water, then sunflower oil.
Mix flour and baking powder for the dough.
Reduce the speed of the mixer to a minimum. Add flour.
Add the whipped whites and, already with a spatula, gently mix the whites into the dough.
Cover a baking sheet measuring 35×45 cm with baking paper or Teflon sheet.
Pour out the dough and smooth it with a spatula.
Cut the plums into quarters.
We spread the plums on the dough so that there is space between the quarters.
In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, powdered sugar, egg yolk and pudding.
Carefully place the filling between the plums with a teaspoon.
Bake the pie in a preheated 170 gram oven for 35 minutes.
Cool the finished cake on the grill.
