Very tasty and healthy salad-appetizer of Bulgarian cuisine. You can eat for dinner as an independent dish, but it is also very tasty with meat, especially with baked chicken.
Cut the white part of the leek in half and then into quarters, and finely chop.
Cut the cucumber into small cubes.
Crumble the cheese.
Mix the onion, cucumber, cottage cheese and cheese.
Finely chop the dill. Chop the nuts and chop them.
Add dill, nuts and yogurt to the salad.
Drizzle with oil and mix.
Salt already at the very end, because the cheese is already salty.
