Sharp, crunchy slices of cucumbers mixed with dill, parsley, marinated in a spicy sauce based on balsamic cream sauce and wine vinegar, with the addition of garlic – these cucumbers will not leave anyone indifferent.

  1. Cucumbers are washed and cut into cubes.
  2. Finely chop the parsley and dill.
  3. In a bowl, combine the cucumbers and herbs.
  4. Preparing the dressing. For dressing, we will need: vegetable oil, balsamic cream sauce, wine vinegar, honey, garlic ( finely chop), salt, ground black pepper, red hot pepper, dried ginger, Dijon mustard.
  5. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the dressing, mix.
  6. Dressed with the prepared dressing over the cucumbers.
  7. Cover the bowl with a lid and put the cucumbers in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours. Several times during this time, we take the cucumbers out of the refrigerator and mix them.
  8. Ready-made spicy cucumbers are served to the table.
