Preparing the dressing.
For dressing, we will need: vegetable oil, balsamic cream sauce, wine vinegar, honey, garlic ( finely chop), salt, ground black pepper, red hot pepper, dried ginger, Dijon mustard.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the dressing, mix.
Dressed with the prepared dressing over the cucumbers.
Cover the bowl with a lid and put the cucumbers in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours. Several times during this time, we take the cucumbers out of the refrigerator and mix them.
