Instructions
  1. Take 100 grams of cheese, grate on a coarse grater. You can take 150 grams of cheese, then it will taste more cheese.
  2. Add 1 egg, 200 ml of kefir (I have 1.5%), soda (you can not extinguish it, you will get kefir) and add flour. You can add your favorite seasonings to taste (garlic, dry paprika, cumin, coriander, parsley, etc.). Do not overdo it – the cheese is already salty enough!
  3. To interfere. The dough turns out like thick sour cream. Please note, the dough is without butter. Let the dough stand for a while (15-20 minutes) so that the ingredients “make friends”. Turn on the preheating of the oven at 180-200 degrees.
  4. Prepare the cupcake molds, if necessary, you can lubricate them with vegetable oil. I have silicone molds, I don’t lubricate them. Spread 1 tablespoon of dough (about 1/2-2/3 of the molds).
  5. Take any sausages, but not very long. I have a smoked sausage. Cut in half.
  6. Insert the sausage halves into the dough with the tails up. The dough turns out thick, so the sausages are well stored.
  7. Bake in a preheated 180-200 degree oven for 20-30 minutes. Focus on the specifics of his oven. Bake until golden brown. We take it out, put it to cool. So the dough has grown, some sausages have almost disappeared. You can grease the top with sauce / sour cream / mayonnaise / ketchup to your liking!
