Instructions
  1. Cut a ripe banana into pieces and knead with a fork or three in a coarse grater so that there are small pieces, not mashed potatoes.
  2. Dissolve gelatin in hot water 70-80 gr. Cool to 30 gr. We combine cottage cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar, vanillin. Whisk lightly with a blender.
  3. In a thin stream, with constant stirring, add gelatin, add a banana and refrigerate for 3-4 hours until jelly forms
  4. Cut into large pieces of arbitrary shape.
  5. On a grater, three cornbreads or cookies, chocolate and nuts. Sprinkle ours, or rather the “Count Ruins” layer by layer with crumbs, chocolate and nuts – this will be a centuries-old attribute of the ruins!
  6. Enjoy your meal!
