Cut a ripe banana into pieces and knead with a fork or three in a coarse grater so that there are small pieces, not mashed potatoes.
Dissolve gelatin in hot water 70-80 gr. Cool to 30 gr.
We combine cottage cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar, vanillin. Whisk lightly with a blender.
In a thin stream, with constant stirring, add gelatin, add a banana and refrigerate for 3-4 hours until jelly forms
Cut into large pieces of arbitrary shape.
On a grater, three cornbreads or cookies, chocolate and nuts. Sprinkle ours, or rather the “Count Ruins” layer by layer with crumbs, chocolate and nuts – this will be a centuries-old attribute of the ruins!
