Add yeast and sugar to the warm milk. Let it brew for 15 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients. Knead the dough.
Cover and let stand for 2 hours.
Cutlets can be used any to your taste (or yesterday’s). I have homemade minced meat (pork + beef), spinach, semolina, onion, garlic, kefir.
Roll out the dough. Cut it into rectangles so that you can wrap the cutlet in them. Pinch the edges. Lay the layer down on a baking sheet. Let it brew for 30 minutes.
Lubricate with yolk mixed with 1 tbsp.l. milk. Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
