  1. I skinned the salmon, cut it into small cubes, and put it in a bowl. Potatoes and onions were crushed in a chopper.
  2. Carrots and broccoli crushed. I added pepper, salt, dry dill and semolina. Minced meat mixed well.
  3. Formed cutlets. I didn’t roll them in flour. I put them on a cutting Board and put them in the freezer. The next day, I put the frozen cutlets in a plastic bag. They can be fried or steamed at any time.
  4. These cutlets are made with salmon, potatoes and a mix of frozen vegetables. I rolled them in flour and fried them. I put the chilled ones in the freezer.
  5. Burgers are good and without garnish. But these were eaten with rice and frozen vegetables heated in a pan with oil. Vegetables and salmon are visible in the rift.
  6. I used Sweet chili sauce. The cutlets are delicious. It is very convenient to cook them by heating them in the microwave.
