  1. To the minced meat, add the garlic passed through the press and the onion grated on a coarse grater. Add salt and adjika, pour in 100 ml of cold boiled water. Grate the carrots on a fine grater, add the semolina and knead the minced meat thoroughly.
  2. Take a little minced meat in the palm of your hand and flatten it. Put a small piece of Suluguni pre-diced in the center.
  3. Form cutlets and fry on both sides in vegetable oil.
