Add the milk (200 ml) to the bowl. Heat the milk slightly, add 1 tablespoon of sugar, add yeast (10 gr.) in the recipe, special yeast was used for muffins, which have a slightly pinkish tinge.
Then add 2 tablespoons of flour. Mix until well blended. Cover the bowl with a towel or wrap it with cling film and put it in a warm place to dissolve the yeast.
After a certain time, a cap of small bubbles forms on the surface. The dough is ready. Next, add an egg (1 PC.) to the sourdough, add salt (1 chip.), add the rest of the sugar, add 2 drops of vanilla essence. Beat the mixture.
Butter (40 gr.) melt over low heat, cool to room temperature, then add to the sourdough.
Add the rest of the flour. Knead a soft dough. Cover the dough with a towel or tighten with cling film and put it on the proofing. Then roll out the dough into a layer about 1-1. 5 cm thick. Cut the circles with a round notch. Put them on a Board, podpylennuyu flour and put on proofing for 15-20 minutes.
In a container for frying doughnuts, pour vegetable oil so that when frying doughnuts, it is located in the middle of the doughnuts. Fry the donuts on both sides. Place the finished doughnuts on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Sprinkle the cooled doughnuts with powdered sugar.
