Duck in this version of cooking will be soft, juicy with a great crispy crust and a wonderful addition inside – these are tender, fragrant honey apples. Honey-flavored apples are perfectly combined with duck meat, giving it an incomparable taste.
Prepare the duck for stuffing, to do this, first remove the excess fat, the wing brush and, if necessary, sing it.
Spread out the food wrap that fits the size of the duck and scatter one teaspoon of spices. Salt the duck on all sides, transfer to a film with spices. Distribute the remaining spices over the top and sides of the duck.
Lift the edges of the food film and wrap tightly around the duck, if the size of this film is not enough, use an additional one. Transfer the duck to the refrigerator overnight.
Before baking, prepare the Apple filling. Cut the peeled apples into slices, add honey and black pepper. Stir.
Turn on the oven to heat up to 200 degrees. Get the duck from the refrigerator, release from the food film. Stuff the duck with apples. Transfer it to the foil. Raise the edges of the foil so that the tail was tightly pressed to the carcass and did not tear the foil. Wrap the duck tightly in foil on all sides. Transfer to a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 60 minutes at 200 degrees, then reduce the temperature to 160 degrees and bake for another 60 minutes.
