Instructions
Peel the boiled eggs and prick them in several places with a toothpick. Peel the bulbs without cutting off the top.
In a saucepan, mix soy sauce, hot water, sugar, paprika and garlic-pepper paste. Let it boil.
Put the eggs and onion in the resulting mixture. Cook for 5-7 minutes on low heat, watering periodically.
Pour in the vinegar, increase the heat and let almost all the liquid boil away.
Serve hot. Excellent independent medium-spicy snack!
And with boiled fresh rice – already hot…
