Eggs Stuffed with Apple Puree Recipe

  1. Cook the desired amount of chicken eggs hard-boiled and cool in cold water. Peel off the shell. Cut in half and remove the yolk. This amount of ingredients for the filling is enough to stuff 3-4 eggs.
  2. Cut the onion and fry in butter until transparent, about 2 minutes.
  3. Peel the Apple and cut out the seeds. Cut into cubes and add to the onion. Simmer all together on low heat for another 5 minutes. Then cool down.
  4. Punch the onion-Apple mixture with the boiled yolks into the puree with a blender. Add mustard with grains, a little mayonnaise, finely chopped parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Stir.
  5. Fill the cooking syringe with applesauce and gently squeeze out the egg halves.
  6. Delicious appetizer is ready! Bon Appetit!
