Dates and nuts should be washed well, soaked for 30 minutes in warm water, changing the water several times. Then drain the water.
Remove the seeds from the dates. Grind nuts, dates, cinnamon and 42 g of cocoa in a food processor into a homogeneous mass. If the mixer “fails”, add a little water.
Wetting your hands with water, mold the squares out of the mass. Put them on a plate, sprinkle with cocoa and garnish with nuts. Refrigerate for 3 hours or, best of all, overnight to dry and solidify.
