Pour cocoa powder, coffee and vanilla with boiling water, mix well and leave to cool.
Butter at room temperature, egg (take out in advance so that it is not cold) and sugar beat with a mixer until smooth.
Add the sifted flour with baking powder to the whipped mass and beat it again with a mixer.
Pour the cooled mixture of cocoa and coffee into the resulting mass. Beat everything with a mixer until smooth.
Pour the dough into a greased and floured form (I have a disposable cake mold measuring 20 x 7 x 6 cm). bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
This is what brownie looks like. After it cools down a little, cut it into two tortillas.
Whisk the curd cheese with powdered sugar and you can smear the cakes with it.
Whisk brownies with cheesecake, decorate the top with powdered sugar and cranberries. After the brownies stand for 1 hour in a cool place (I had it on the balcony), they can be cut into portions and served to the table. Enjoy your meal.
