  1. I weigh all the products, and prepare a dish for my diet. I defrosted the briquettes of pollock fillet and I got it-180 g. I took the form of 11X17 cm. I smeared it with half the oil. Put the pieces in the form, prisolila very slightly, pepper (if there are children, then do not pepper or those who sit on a gentle diet), poured lemon juice and half the oil on top. Put in the oven for 10 minutes at t-180 C. I need the pollock to catch on. You can even brown it a little.
  2. Cut the vegetables into small cubes. Preparing the filling. In a mug, I mixed an egg with cream, a little salt.
  3. I added chopped vegetables. Stirred it. I took the fish out of the oven. I didn’t blush it.
  4. Evenly filled the fish over the entire area of the mold. Put in the oven for 15 minutes at t-180 C. This was enough time for me to grab the omelet and it was beautiful. Be guided by your oven. I have an electric cabinet for 18 liters with elements from the bottom and top. Bakes very quickly.
  5. Fish omelet ready.
  6. Since I prepared this dish for the second, I will serve it with rice and decorate it with tomato and arugula.
