Pre-boil the shrimp, then the fish in this broth
with salt and herbs.
Cool completely in the broth, so the fish will be juicier.
Cut the fish into pieces, removing the bones.
Cut the shrimp and smoked salmon.
Mix everything in a bowl. Grate fataki on a coarse grater.
Add to the fish and mix.
Add mayonnaise, mustard and green peas.
Mix it.
Serve on crackers, garnished with caviar, pine nuts, green peas and herbs. Enjoy your meal.
