Delicate taste of white cod meat stuffed with cheese and mushrooms, baked in cream sauce. The finished dish will look good on the festive table. And it can be enjoyed even by those people who do not really like fish dishes.
Fillet of cod (or haddock) lightly salt, pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice, put in the refrigerator.
Place the chopping attachment in the bowl of a food processor, chop the cheese and put it on a plate.
Using the same nozzle, chop the garlic.
Next, we change the nozzle for slicing, chop the leeks and mushrooms (after cleaning, garlic can be left in a bowl).
In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil (2-3 tablespoons), put the chopped vegetables in the oil, add a little salt and pepper and simmer for 5 minutes, until half-cooked.
Prepare the sauce for baking fish: mix olive oil and cream cheese with a whisk.
Grease one half of the fish fillet with sauce, lay out the filling, cover with the second half, grease the remaining sauce on top.
Wrap the prepared fish in two layers of foil. Bake in the oven at t 200 for 45-50 minutes. Fish baked in foil is cooked in its own juice, so it retains moisture and does not dry out.
Remove the finished fish from the oven. Cut into portions. Serve with steamed vegetables.
