Instructions
  1. On a grater, thinly chop the potatoes and onions (0.5 cm). Three cloves of garlic, two chili peppers, olive oil and dry white wine are whipped with an immersion blender.
  2. Mix the potatoes with the onion, pour the sauce, mix everything well.
  3. Spread out on a large sheet in one layer and send to the preheated oven (200°C) for 20-30 minutes.
  4. While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the fish. I have two Dorado and two sea bass, and you can take mackerel. Cut off all the fins, pull out the gills, remove the scales.
  5. Make three or four incisions on each side. Salt, pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice, add one sprig of rosemary and garlic inside (cut into four parts, about the fish – one slice.
  6. We take the potatoes out of the oven, mix them carefully, put our fish on top, I put green asparagus around the edges, you can put tomatoes, zucchini, sweet peppers – everything you have. Send to the oven for another 25-30 minutes. I turned on the convection in the last five minutes.
  7. The potatoes turned out soft, tender, the taste of wine is not felt at all, the fish is soaked in pairs of sauce – very tasty! I recommend putting more onions – they are, well, very tasty!!
  8. Bon appetit.
