  1. To prepare a salad, we will need about this kind of iceberg lettuce. In appearance and taste, it is a cross between Peking cabbage and iceberg lettuce leaves. Wash the salad.
  2. Cut the salad into thin strips. Transfer to a bowl. Boil the eggs in advance.
  3. Peel the apple and slice it not very finely. Add to the salad.
  4. Finely chop the green onion and add it to the salad bowl.
  5. Mix everything thoroughly.
  6. Sliced into thin (!) strips, bacon is fried in a dry frying pan on both sides so that it is fried. Place the finished strips of bacon on a paper towel to remove excess fat.
  7. Peel the orange by chopping (cut it according to the shape of the fruit).
  8. Cut the orange slices with a knife, cutting the border between the film and the pulp of the fruit with a knife. You will get these slices without films.
  9. In a small bowl, collect 2 tablespoons of orange juice (squeeze out the remains of the orange and use the juice from the cutting board), add sour cream, mustard, salt and freshly ground pepper. Mix the dressing sauce.
  10. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well. Place the salad heaped on a serving dish.
  11. Place the sliced egg on top of the salad. Place the orange slices on top. And put the bacon, broken into pieces, on the base of the salad. I decorated the salad with “arrows” of green onions.
