  1. For this recipe, we will need 1 cup of rice.
  2. It must be boiled until ready. Then pour 1 tablespoon of soy sauce into the finished rice and set aside.
  3. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Bulgarian pepper cut into strips.
  4. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips.
  5. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, it should be very hot, almost steaming. Put the onion and garlic in a frying pan, fry for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  6. Then add the chicken, fry it for 2 minutes, the meat should turn white and slightly browned, but should not release juice. Do not forget to stir.
  7. Add the bell pepper and green peas, pepper and cook for 2 minutes.
  8. Put the boiled rice in a frying pan, pour the remaining soy sauce and add sugar. Mix everything well so that the rice is evenly distributed and absorbs the sauce, reduce the heat and cook for another 2 minutes.
  9. Ready.
